TACI
ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay for the quantitative
determination of TACI with high sensitivity and specificity in serum, plasma or
CSF.
Kit
Performance
- Sensitivity: 50 pg/mL
- Assay Range: 50 – 1000 pg/mL

cross reaction with native immunoglobulins
- Recovery rate: 80 – 120% with
normal human serum, plasma or CSF samples with known concentrations.
- Precision
(CV
(%) = SD/mean X 100)
- Intra-Assay: CV < 20%

Supplementary
information
TACI
(Transmembrane Activator and CAML Interactor), also known as TNFRSF13B, is a
receptor in the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily that
regulates B-cell activation, maturation, and antibody production.
TACI
binds the ligands APRIL (TNFSF13) and BAFF (TNFSF13B), transmitting signals
that promote B-cell survival, immunoglobulin class switching, and plasma cell
differentiation.
TACI
is primarily expressed on mature B cells, activated B cells, and plasma cells.
Mutations in TNFRSF13B are associated with immunodeficiency disorders such as
common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) and can affect normal antibody
responses.
