FGF21 Antibody

FGF21 Antibody is a monoclonal antibody raised against full-length human FGF21 and recognizes an epitope distinct from FGF-002. It is recommended as a capture antibody for human FGF21 ELISA.

Paired with FGF-002 as the detection antibody, it enables sensitive detection of FGF21 in human serum and plasma at <10 pg/mL.

FGF21 is a 209-amino-acid endocrine member of the FGF19 subfamily involved in glucose, lipid, and energy metabolism. The mature protein contains a conserved FGF core flanked by functional N- and C-terminal regions.
