Lab Bioreagents LowBindings (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII) are newly developed assay buffers that provides exceptional performance and broad compatibility for Western blot, ELISA, IHC and nucleic acid detection assays. The LowBindings helps to reduce the non-specific bindings, negative effects of interfering molecules, and cross-reactivities of antibodies and proteins from biomatrix. Therefore, LowBindings exhibit the low matrix interference and high signal-to-noise, by which the assay sensitivity and specificity have been significantly improved. As many factors are involved in immunoassays, there is no single assay buffer that is ideal for each assay. LowBindings (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII) are a variety of buffers based on different formulations. During the assay, the screening of different LowBinding buffers helps to select the best assay buffer for a immunoassay. Among the LowBinding buffers, LowBinding II is a basic buffer that requires neutralization by acid in final reaction. LowBinding VII is designed for strongly reducing non-specific bindings, which may not be suitable for the assay with low or medium affinity.
